➡️ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT ➡️ Check-in will be at 3 p.m. and check-out will be at 10 a.m. and our property care technicians will arrive shortly after the check-out time to prepare the home for the next guests. If you need to check-in after 10 p.m. we ask that you let us know ahead of time. All of our properties have self-check-in and have coded smart locks on the doors. The code you will receive for your reservation is unique to your reservation and will only work between the check-in and check-out times. Sometimes technology fails, however if this happens we also have a backup lockbox on the property with a physical key so you can get inside. ‼️ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT ⏰ We understand that sometimes you need to start your stay a little sooner or need more time before a flight home. We will make our best effort to accommodate you, however we often have guests leaving the morning of your check-in or new guests coming a few hours after your check-out. 🚭 OTHER RULES AND POLICIES ‼️ No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day. We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them.
