Easy one-level living about five minutes from downtown Kingsport. Three bedrooms — a king, a queen, and two twins — sleep six, with a full kitchen, smart TVs in every room, and a washer and dryer for longer stays. Quiet, walkable neighborhood that's good for the dog. Close to Eastman, Domtar Park, and the shops, with Bays Mountain and Bristol Motor Speedway both an easy drive. Bring the whole crew (and the pup) and make yourself at home.

Everything's on one level once you're inside — three bedrooms, one full bath, no interior stairs. - Bedroom 1: King bed - Bedroom 2: Queen bed - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds — good for kids or guests five and six - Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo The living room has a comfortable sectional (guests keep telling us how comfortable) and a smart TV for your streaming logins. The kitchen's stocked to actually cook in — full-size range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer live downstairs in the basement (telling you now so you're not hunting for them). High-speed cable wifi runs throughout, and there's a laptop-friendly workspace — handy if you're here for work or a longer stay. You've got the whole home and yard to yourselves — no shared spaces. Pets are welcome.

Other Details to Note

- Parking is one car in the driveway, plus street parking out front — easy, just plan ahead if you're rolling in with more than one vehicle. - The washer and dryer are in the basement (a few steps down). - It's an older home with some character — the floors creak a little. Part of the charm, just worth knowing. - Self check-in — your access details come before arrival. - Pets welcome. We just ask you pick up after them outside, and don't leave chewers home alone. - No smoking inside, please.

No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home.

You're in a quiet residential neighborhood that's great for walking the dog, just a few minutes from downtown Kingsport. The Pinnacle's shops and restaurants, the Kingsport Greenbelt, and Domtar Park are all close, and Eastman is about five minutes out. Bays Mountain Park — 3,500 acres of trails, a lake, and a planetarium — is a local favorite and a short drive. When you're heading out, I-26 and I-81 are quick to reach. Drive times (approx.): - 5 min — downtown Kingsport, Eastman & Holston Valley Medical Center - 10 min — the Pinnacle shops & MeadowView - 15 min — Bays Mountain Park - 30 min — Bristol Motor Speedway & Johnson City / ETSU - 1.5 hr — Knoxville · 1.5–2 hr — Asheville & Boone, NC

Great, comfortable property with updated and stylish decor. Anthony was super responsive and delightful to engage with. Location was convenient to all things Kingsport. Neighborhood was quiet with a nice area to walk the dogs. Enjoyed our stay!!
