PARKING The parking area for this multi-unit complex has space for two vehicles for this unit.

Other Details to Note

There are a couple of steps to access the house at the front porch and one step into the house at the back door. There is an outdoor grill available for your use. It's powered by propane gas and we do check before each guest arrives that it has sufficient gas for your stay. If it runs out please let us know. Please make sure you leave the grill clean to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

House Rules

No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day. We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them according to the following fee schedule: king sheets ($30), queen/full sheets ($25), twin sheets ($20), bath towels ($18), hand towels ($12), wash cloths ($6), kitchen towels ($12).

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the house and patio and there are no shared spaces. The home is located inside a complex with a duplex condo building that is also a short term rental as well as an eight-unit apartment building that has long term renters. The house does have a specific parking area but you do drive by the other buildings to get to the house.

Anthony was very quick at answering any messages even at 12am when we couldn’t find our Airbnb. Very clean and well stocked! I will definitely try to book from Anthony next year when I’m in Tennessee!

Great little place, clean and nicely decorated. The outside patio was amazing and wished we would’ve had more time to enjoy it! We did get a visit from a very cute, very friendly cat. She was certainly a highlight and I would look for her in the morning to catch a quick cuddle with morning coffee. We also had a cute little cake waiting for us when we arrived! Very nice touch. The host also put together a very nice and informative guide book. We would certainly stay here again!
