The stylish one-bedroom layout includes a spacious bathroom with a queen bed and a comfortable living room with a trundle pull-out couch, perfect for extra guests. There is another studio apartment that is located below this living space where we could be hosting other guests at the same time. This guest will also have access to the left side of the driveway while you will park on the right side of the driveway or in the garage. There is street parking available as well.

House Rules

No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day. We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them according to the following fee schedule: king sheets ($30), queen/full sheets ($25), twin sheets ($20), bath towels ($18), hand towels ($12), wash cloths ($6), kitchen towels ($12).

This place was located a short walk from downtown. Lots of restaurants, antique stores, bars. My wife and I did a ghost walk to learn more about the city's rich past. This little place has everything you need for an extended vacation, even an actual garage with an electric/mechanical door. The unit was very clean, and all amenities were in perfect working condition. Anthony was right there with quick responses to our questions. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun long weekend.

Spacious, quiet, private, luxury new build Airbnb. Comfortable everything. Clean and fresh. Right in the heart of downtown Johnson City. Five minute walk to downtown and Founders Park. A true gem.

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the host was nice and responsive. Highly recommend!

We would love to stay again, if we go back to the area. I have recommended it to my friends. Walk to town, where there are so many restaurants to pick from. It’s a really neat new place. The garage and balcony are a big bonus.

Johnson City does have public transportation and Uber/Lyft rides are always available as well. If you're driving to the downtown area for dining or events, there are four primary public parking lots -- Cherry Street Parking, Tipton Street Parking, Downtown Square Parking, and Founder's Pavilion Parking.
