A remodeled 1920s home on a quiet street between ETSU and downtown Johnson City — close enough to walk to campus and the stadium. Two queen bedrooms sleep four, the kitchen's set up to actually cook in, and there's a smart TV in every room. About five minutes to JCMC and downtown's restaurants. Bring the dog — they're welcome here. Come on in and make yourself at home.

Once you're up the front steps, it's all on one level — two bedrooms, one full bath, open-concept living and dining. - Bedroom 1: Queen bed, main level - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, main level - Full bathroom with a stand-up tile shower - USB-C and USB-A plugs in each bedroom — charge everything without hunting for an adapter The living and dining area is open and bright, with newer furnishings, a sofa and chair, and a table that seats four. The kitchen is set up to actually cook in — electric range and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plus a Keurig combo (K-cups and a drip pot), a blender, and a toaster. There's a smart TV in the living room and in each bedroom, so everyone can pull up their own streaming logins (just remember to log out when you head home). Fast cable wifi runs throughout, and there's a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to get some work done. Out front, a porch with two rocking chairs for your morning coffee. The driveway holds two cars, with street parking if you need more. You've got the whole place to yourselves.

Other Details to Note

- There are six steps up to the front porch to get inside, and they can be steep — worth knowing if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs or you're hauling heavy luggage. - It's a 1920s home with real character — beautifully remodeled, but it has the personality of an older house. - A train passes nearby now and then. Most guests barely notice it; if you're a light sleeper, a white-noise app does the trick. - No washer/dryer on-site — but there's a laundromat close by, and we offer a pickup-and-delivery valet laundry service if you'd rather not bother. - Self check-in with a smart-lock keypad — your code's good for your whole stay. - Pets welcome. No smoking inside, and we keep quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. for the neighbors.

No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day. We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Please do not use these for makeup removal, which will destroy them. We have provided black makeup removal cloths for this reason.

You're on a quiet older street tucked between ETSU and downtown Johnson City — close enough that guests walk to campus and the football stadium. Downtown's restaurants, Founders Park, and the shops are about five minutes out, and Johnson City Medical Center is right there too. Steele Creek Park and the Tweetsie Trail are quick drives for anyone who wants to get outside, and you can be at Bristol Motor Speedway in about 35–40 minutes on race weekends. This home was exactly as described: comfortable, welcoming, and felt like a true home away from home. The best part was how safe and cozy it was for our German Shorthaired Pointer. Convenient access to shops and restaurants, and the travel guide was super helpful. It was also close enough to Bristol Motor Speedway, making it perfect for our stay. We’d definitely stay at another of Anthony’s properties if available on future trips!
